Glorious grub on a budget for young tenants

Heather and Suzanne get a few tips from Fran (right) on how to produce a cheap but delicious pasta dish in mp33’s kitchen. Young tenants meet on Tuesdays (12.15-2.15pm) to develop such domestic skills as cooking, decorating and DIY. Planned menus include Chinese and Mexican as well as Italian – ingredients are free, and childcare too if required!
