TWO new computer buffs have joined the team at Merkinch Enterprise - Tony Burr (left) and Bruce Crichton (right).
Tony (35) succeeds Gordon Nairne as IT Training Officer. Originally from Cheshire, Tony has been in and around Inverness for the past 15 years. For the past six years he has been working in IT and he says computers are his hobby as well, particularly hardware and computer games - except when he is playing with his two children.
Bruce (28) is the IT Officer working with Young People and he spends much of his time at mp33. He came to Inverness two years ago - via Zimbabwe, Dundee and Edinburgh. His hobbies include climbing and photography.
Right across the road at Fliperz, Sandra Bowie (right) has joined in the fun as a nursery assistant. Sandra who lives in Glendoe Terrace has a wide range of experience with children besides having two of her own - David (11) and Aimeelouise (9) - she has worked as a lollipop lady, a teacher’s assistant in school and has helped at playgroups.
And if Denise needs any help with Fliperz computer, Sandra’s the girl to give it, for recently she gained her European Computer Driving Licence.
