THE Merkinch Summer Playscheme, based at the Community Centre, has been proving very successful so far with a range of activities for all the children taking part - up to 50 at a time.

The July programme, besides all the usual activities, includied visits from the Fire Brigade and some of the Caley Thistle football team.
Planned for the two weeks that the scheme runs in August are outings to Landmark, Lossiemouth and Nairn, and visits from Bubbles the Clown and from Andy McKechnie of Jammin’ Fitness.
