IF YOU didn’t manage to avail yourself of the opportunity to get a bargain basement-priced compost bin when the Highland Waste Management team visited Merkinch Primary School this spring, you have another chance at the Merkinch Gala on 2nd August.
WHAM are going to have a display at the Gala and will be selling compost bins at £5 each. The current retail price of the green plastic daleks is £35.95, we’re told, though to be honest they were at the school for £2 each!
