CONGRATULATIONS to Anne Edwards who, after being Highland Council's Tenant Participation Officer in Merkinch for the last two years, has been promoted to the post of Senior Housing Officer.
She and fellow SHO Julie Vivers are now responsible for Housing management and maintenance issues, so her talents will not be entirely lost to the community. Anne has seen a great many changes in the area, with the setting up of seven tenants/residents' associations in Merkinch.
