Starters include crispy wanton, spring rolls and sesame prawn toast and there are five different soups. Main course dishes range from sweet’n’sour, chicken, beef, chop suey, fried rice, noodle, egg foo yung, king prawn, roast duck, sze chuan, Cantonese and vegetarian dishes and there are lots of side dishes to complement your main course. You can also order Chinese set meals for two, three or four.

The Royal India has proved very popular since the present management first came to Merkinch and no doubt this new menu will further enhance the reputation of Grant Street as the mecca for takeaway food.
