NEW man joining Community Beat Officer Ann Urquhart on the beat in the Merkinch area is CBO Eoin Coull. Originally from Evanton in Easter Ross, where he went to Alness Academy, CBO Coull has been in the Northern Constabulary for five and a half years.

Before coming to his present duties Officer Coull was working in Thurso, Caithness, where his duties included drugs education and school liaison. Before joining the police, Officer Coull studied art in Edinburgh and drawing and painting is still a favourite hobby. He also likes to work out in the gym. He lives in Inverness with his partner and their two young children. CBO Coull replaces Alisdair Stewart who has now returned to normal operational duties.
