ROZ gets a ticket to ride… Roz Marron is pictured receiving her European Computer Driving Licence from Colin Downie, Project Manager of Merkinch Enterprise.

The ECDL is a pan-European quali-fication which means that anywhere in Europe that Roz wants to go she has recognised accredited qualifications on the computer. So far, she has only got as far as Wales, last we heard!

Roz, who entered Merkinch Enterprise as a trainee, qualified in Information Technology and rose to become Newsletter Coordinator and administrator before she gained her ECDL. She is the first to qualify for the certificate under the auspices of Merkinch Enterprise, one of the few test centres in the Highlands.
