PUPILS are being invited to share their vision of Highland life in 20 years’ time in an essay competition. The contest is being organised by Highland Council to launch Digital Highland, which is aimed at putting the North in the forefront of the digital revolution, using IT to support economic regeneration, lifelong learning, improved public services and more participation in the democratic processes. The prizes are state-of-the-art computers for the winners’ schools. Judging takes place in October and there are prizes for different age groups.
