On Tuesday the 26th of May 1998, Norrie took 13 kids and four staff from Fliperz up to visit the Police Station. It was really interesting, first we visited the control room where all the TV cameras and monitors, the telephones and computers etc are kept. We saw all the police officers working together.

We met the duty sergeant and duty inspector then downstairs to the cells (Dum - De - Dum - Dum).

Would the children be frightened to go into a prison cell?

No! Not our little darlings they didn't want to come out.

We had to practically drag them out. The kids had a great time. Thanks once again to Norrie the Community Bobby.

Next week the Police dogs are coming to Fliperz.
