THE Early Bird Breakfast Club, which opened at Merkinch Community Centre on 8 May, is proving a great success. They are to launch the club at its first meeting were some local football stars from Clachnacuddin and Caley Thistle (pictured left).
THE Early Bird Breakfast Club, which opened at Merkinch Community Centre on 8 May, is proving a great success. They are to launch the club at its first meeting were some local football stars from Clachnacuddin and Caley Thistle (pictured left).
They helped the youngsters munch their way through a breakfast of orange juice, cereal, toast and a hot drink before leading an exercise session and supervising tooth brushing. Each club member has his/her own colourful toothbrush for a a post-breakfast molar spruce-up. The first morning saw around 20 turn up, but numbers are now topping the 50 mark and rising.
