THE Scottish Executive has confirmed the date of the Public Local Inquiry to examine the appeal against refusal of planning permission at 15-21 Dunabban Road is to be held in Trinity Church Hall, Huntly Place on Tuesday 12th June starting at 10am.
Highland Council refused permission for nine two-bedroomed flats and associated parking. The inquiry is expected to last up to two days and while it is open to the public to attend, only those who have already indicated an interest in taking part in the proceedings will be allowed to make any contribution.
A site visit is being held on 5th June.
