MARTIN Pieraccini, well-know throughout Merkinch and Inverness for his presence behind the counters of Charlie’s chip shop in Grant Street and Charlie’s Café in Margaret Street, has hit the age at which life is said to begin.
A keen racing driver when he was younger, Martin’s time is now totally taken up with running the family business since his father Clair and mother Agnes retired. Happy birthday, Martin - and here’s to the next 40, 50 or 60...!
