A MEETING of Merkinch Community Council, at which the principal item on the agenda will be the adoption of a new constitution, will be held on Thursday 28 March at 7.30pm in Merkinch Community Centre. The only other item to be considered will be changes to the standing Orders of the Association of Scottish Community Councils.
