Please note that Yellow Fever vaccines are in short supply, so anyone planning an exotic holiday to places where these are required should plan well in advance.
The CAB is now offering a service at the Fairfield surgery on Wednesday mornings. To book a 30-minute appointment, ring the normal phone number 713939.
Maureen Davidson, the Health Visitor, is now running clinics three mornings a week, on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings. She also has one Saturday morning clinic every month.
And the Community Midwife, Fiona Campbell, is available on Tuesdays between 1pm and 4pm. She is happy to discuss all aspects of your pregnancy and gives the full range of maternity care right up to and including the 10 days after the birth. Fiona can be contacted at Raigmore by ringing 704342.
Practice counsellor Simon Spence can offer sessions at Fairfield on a Tuesday morning. Anyone in need of counselling can be referred by their doctor or the nurse, and this service is free to Fairfield patients.
