Make a will for peace of mind

NO matter how little you may have of this world’s goods, it can cause a lot of trouble, delay and distress for your family if you do not leave a will with instructions as to the disposal of your assets.

Nevertheless, it is one of those things that we often put off for another day…

This month there is an opportunity to be decisive and do some good at the same time. From 3rd to 10th October it is Make a Will Week and during this week certain solicitors are prepared to waive their usual charges for will-making in return for a donation to the Highland Hospice.
For a list of the solicitors taking part in Make a Will Week, contact Martin Edwards at the Highland Hospice on (01463) 243132.

“Make sure you protect your family’s future and peace of mind my making a will or updating your existing one to reflect your wishes,” says Mr Edwards. “Any change in circumstances may mean you need to alter your will."

“And when you remember to update your will, please remember the Hospice as well,” he adds.
