BUILDER Ewen Gillies has won his appeal to build nine 2.75-storey flats in Dunabban Road on the site of a derelict bungalow. There is also provision for 11 on-site parking spaces and 18 bicycle spaces. But though the decision will disappoint a number of nearby residents as well as local Councillor Chrissie Cummings, there is one consolation - the claim for costs against Highland Council was not granted.
